Gabe Gerhauser

Running is in my blood. My mom has ran over 75 marathons and half-marathons and my dad is an avid outdoorsman. Needless to say, it was only a matter of time before I eventually caught the running bug myself.

My running journey officially began in 2020 amidst the pandemic, though I’ve always ran- either playing sports or just in the neighborhood as a kid. But this time I decided to take running seriously and signed up for my first half-marathon. Years later, I just completed my 7th full-marathon in February 2025 with plenty mid and short distance races under my belt.

I was able to cut my marathon time from a 4:09 in 2021 to a 2:59 marathon in less than two years. I have also been able to run a 1:23 half marathon, 17 minute 5k and a 4:54 mile.

I’ve learned a LOT about distance running over the last 5 years and am a Certified McMillan Running Coach.

I aim to help all levels of runners- ranging from those prepping for their first race to runners training for their next PB. I bring a comprehensive and personalized approach to my clients’ training plans, including strength training, nutrition, and cross-training.
